mcgame Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

mcgame (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "the Authority") operates a digital entertainment service for online gaming and betting users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user of the platform ("user" or "member") and the Authority.

These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and all rules set out herein apply equally to all users. The Authority reserves the right to change, modify or amend these Terms at any time.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

3. Age Restrictions and Eligibility

At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. The Authority may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account creation or use is also not permitted in the following cases:

• Countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Employees of the Authority or members of their families.
• Individuals whose accounts have previously been terminated for any reason.

4. Account Security and Confidentiality

The user is obligated to keep their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else.

4.1 Responsibility for Account Security

• Use a strong password consisting of a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Log out of your account after each session.
• If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access, notify support immediately.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to a higher tier through continued active play. VIP cashback is automatically credited to the account each week.

7. Betting Rules and Game Rules

All games and betting markets on the mcgame platform operate under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined entirely by random methods.

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was not correctly registered due to a technical error.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment the user places their bet are final.
• If a bet becomes uncertain due to network disruption, a decision will be made based on server logs.

7.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on all sports including cricket, football and kabaddi:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If the venue changes, the bet remains valid unless the official authority declares the match 'cancelled'.
• Bets on matches not completed within the scheduled time will be settled at the Authority's discretion.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games including online slots, live casino and fishing games are operated by various software providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and others). The individual rules and payout structure of these games can be found within each game.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcgame platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of deposits and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Fraud: Chargeback fraud, providing false payment information or any other financial fraud.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software, algorithms or network.
• Bot Use: Operating games or betting using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or event.
• Accounts for Minors: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age.

9. Limitation of Liability

mcgame is an entertainment platform. The Authority bears no responsibility for the following:

• If a game session is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• Damage caused by a virus or malware attack on the user's device.
• Issues arising from delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions while playing.

The maximum liability for losses caused by a technical error on the platform is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction only.

9.1 Service Disruption

mcgame may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or unexpected technical issues. The Authority will endeavour to give prior notice of such disruptions.

10. Account Cancellation & Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, please notify the support team via live chat. Any active bonus will expire before the account is closed, and any available balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

10.2 Cancellation by the Authority

The authority may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with the authority's policy, however the balance will never go negative.
